Hi! I’m Dave. If you are here, it means you are looking for someone to change the way you work or the way your employees work. And I am here to help you achieve those goals.
I am a certified professional trainer, business coach and management consultant. I am also a certified Organizational Culture Consultant accredited by the American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP). What this means is I use understanding of the mind to cultivate a change in the way people work – whether you’re a business owner, CEO, General Manager or a mid-level or low- level employee.
Every individual is different and possess a different mindset – this applies not just in the workplace but also in personal relationships as well.
Over the last 20 years, I have dedicated my life understanding people of all levels in the workplace. I have worked with over 1,000 companies comprising start-ups, SMEs, MNCs, government agencies and others all-over South-East Asia.
My training modules are specially designed for easy understanding and practical learning. As founder and CEO of KCOM Academy, my psychology-based programs are designed specifically to identify areas that will help organisations generate greater efficiency of human capital. My training methods and tools have inspired companies to re-evaluate their people management policies, which results in bigger profits and better working environments.
